CTC Online Real Estate

The Business Administration and Paralegal Department will begin offering the Real Estate program online! Upon successful completion of the below classes, students are eligible to sit for the licensing exam in Texas:

* Real Estate Principles I and II – RELE 1406

* Law of Agency – RELE 2301

* Law of Contracts – RELE 1311

* Promulgated Contract Forms – RELE 1200

* Real Estate Finance – RELE 1219

The first round of classes will begin this Fall, in August and October. We plan to offer all five of the classes each semester to allow students to complete the prelicensing requirements in one semester and then continue to complete their certificate and associate degree.
