Cameron High School TAFE Students Qualify for State

At the Region 6 TAFE (Texas Association of Future Educators) competition in New Caney on November 2, three hard-working Yoe High Students earned their way to the State competition in February in McAllen.

Abby Mayer qualified in Lesson Planning – CTE, Jamie Castilleja and Yareli Contreras qualified in Researching Learning Challenges (a competition that could earn them a trip to Nationals in Washington DC) and Yareli also qualified in Interactive Bulletin board – Secondary.
